Before filling out the form, please read the policies below. By filling out this form, you are agreeing to the policies and would like to work with me.
POLICY DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT
The client must pay a 30-50% non-refundable deposit before working on the work to ensure a safe transaction. The remaining balance may be paid at the end of the project, once the project is approved by both sides and before the delivery of the project.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellations are welcome but deposits will not be refundable as the artist/designer already worked for it depending on how much work was done.

REVISIONS
The number of revisions is already stated. Revisions exceeding the number given will have to pay an additional amount of an hourly rate or 10% off of the amount.

COPYRIGHT FOR ARTWORK
All projects are custom-created and exclusive to the clients only after the transaction has been achieved. Unpaid projects or elements may result in a violation of design rights if shared on any platform.

PORTFOLIO AND WEBSITE CREDIT
All projects that are completed may be published on my portfolio unless there is a privacy issue involved. If you have concerns over a particular project, you may contact me.
